At Section 1776, we want to make your exchanges and returns as easy as possible.  If you need to exchange or return an item for any reason, just fill out the Support Form below and we will address your submission within 24 hours.

GENERAL POLICIES

Exchanges

Order the wrong item, size or style? No problem. Fill out the Customer Submission Form and we'll send you return instructions. 

Once we receive the item, we'll send you out the correct item at no charge, as long as the item has not been washed or worn.

Returns

Returns for any reason within 30 days of your receipt of the item are 100% guaranteed.

Step 2. We email you a pre-paid label to print and attach to your package.

Step 3. Once we receive your item we will issue a full refund to your credit or debit card.

After 30 Days, only items with quality or manufacturing defects may be returned.

REMEMBER

If an item has been worn or washed we can not accept it for return,

so make sure you inspect your item when you first receive it before washing or wearing it.

Fine Print

- If you are exchanging an item that we no longer carry, we can exchange it for a different item of equal value,

put the cost toward a different item of different value, or issue you a refund.

- We can not accept returns of Limited Items, Specials, or Sale items unless we ship you the wrong item,

so please make sure you double check your item style, color, size, and quantity at time of order.

- If at any time you feel unsatisfied with our return process or our policies, just let us know and we will work with you as best we can.
